One of Australia’s most recongnisable icons, The Sydney Opera House attracts 8.2 million visitors annually. With aid of personal letters, diaries and classified records, Helen Pitt shares the fascinating stories of the people involved in the construction of “The House”, a project that very nearly didn’t get off the ground.
